Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant

Job description

The Role

The Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing AR via Quick Books and communicating with clients. The role will also involve assisting the rest of our team with duties such as data entry and sales prospecting.


Accounts Receivable functions

  • Confirming billable totals with clients on a monthly basis
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Reconciling payments in QuickBooks
  • Consistently following up on overdue payments via email and phone
  • Communicating with clients and our internal team regarding any discrepancies
  • Running, analyzing, and discussing AR reports
  • Depositing checks

Administrative Assistant functions

  • Use prospecting tools to help sales team with finding new clients
  • Assist administrative and development team with ad-hoc data entry tasks
  • Create consolidated reports by combining information from multiple platforms
  • Assist customer service team by querying and analyzing internal data
  • Conduct research on request




Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
